The Pre-K 3 program is a more advanced extension of the toddler care system for 3-4 year-old learners. This comprehensive, research-based curriculum is aligned with critical age-appropriate learning goals, including those defined by Early Reading First, Head Start, NAEYC, IRA, NCTM.
As your child ages, this program encourages learning, researching and developing interactive practices and skills on a more challenging level. Small group projects, circle time and whole group experiences help supplement the child’s development by directed and guided choices. Within this program, we utilize the Creative Curriculum resources to aid our teachers. This program is a hands-on, minds-on curriculum that is based on learning through play. Aligned with key Pre-K learning goals, our Pre-K 3 program provides children with the foundational skills they need to succeed as lifelong learners. Creative Curriculum Pre-K also contains strategies to ensure social/emotional development which fulfill the character development requirements of the School Readiness Program.
