At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

A2P 10DLC Messaging and Data Privacy

1. Collection and Use of Phone Numbers

By providing your phone number to Suncoast Academy Inc through our website or other means, you consent to receive automated and manual application-to-person (A2P) messages. These may include transactional updates, appointment confirmations, and marketing information. We collect and process phone numbers in compliance with A2P 10DLC regulations and relevant privacy laws.

2. Opt-Out Policy

You may opt out of receiving A2P messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by contacting us at chris@suncoastacademy.com. Upon opting out, you’ll receive a single confirmation of your opt-out.
